Rick Robertson, at Karen Radley in Woodbridge, made bringing my car in for service as easy as possible. He was very professional and extremely helpful in getting me set up with a loaner. He's top notch!!

The Service Manager went the extra mile to find me a loaner car so I wouldn't have to wait 3 hours for my GTI service. He was both friendly and professional.

I started working with Jose the (GM)in May 2020. I was looking hard for a particular MDX year, milage, color combination, and payment. He found a few for me throughout the summer but I was particular for the Trim package I wanted on the car along with everything else. Jose introduces me to Will (a s...ales representative) in July to assist as well. Needless to say they both worked hard to get me everything I was looking for. The car came in off of a lease and they had it turned around and delivered to me within a day. They were patient, spent a lot of time, dropped what they were doing every time I came in and always greeted me with respect and like a friend. I truly appreciate all they did for me and the service provided. I’m so thrilled with my new MDX, I’ll miss seeing them and working with them on the regular but will refer as many people to them as well as stop in to say hi at service time. I highly appreciate the high level of service. I highly recommend go to Karen Radley Woodbridge and ask for Will. He and the team behind him will do all they can to ensure you are no less than 110% satisfied. Show more

I always get prompt, courteous service. Drew Dixon in your service department is a terrific young man and provides great customer serivce. Your waiting area is clean and comfortable and your service team does everything they can to get customers in and out with minimal fuss. This is the first VW ...I have purchased - it won't be my last. Tell Karen Radley to give Mr. Dixon a raise! Show more

When I purchased my car recently, I received with it a "VIP Rewards" card, which entitles me to free oil changes for 4 years/48k, tire rotations etc. I came in for my first oil change & tire rotation under this program and the entire visit was very smooth and quick. My appt. was for 1:00pm, and I wa...s on the road by 1:40pm - and that included a wash! I couldn't have changed my oil that fast by myself! Let alone rotate the tire and wash it! Show more
