How to stay focused while driving long distances
Do you know what the leading causes of accidents are? You might think that speeding or drunk driving lead the list, but the number one cause is actually driver distraction. When we first begin driving, many of us are aware that we should keep our hands at 10 and 2, or 9 and 3 depending on when you learned to drive. After years behind the wheel, we start driving with one hand, and sometimes even balance the wheel on our knees. Most days, we’ll get away with it just fine. It won’t seem like the risk is worth it if you get in an accident even once. In honor of Distracted Driving Awareness Month, we’re talking about how you can stay focused while driving long distances. What’s new for the 2018 Acura TLX?
If a vehicle goes without updates, what’s the incentive to choose the new model year over an outgoing one? There doesn’t seem to be one, and the great minds at Acura agree. The 2018 Acura TLX was unveiled at the 2017 New York International Auto Show, and it will have a variety of new changes that just may make it worth the weight if you’ve been chomping at the bit to get behind the wheel. 2017 Easter Egg Hunts in Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia
What’s your favorite season? If you’re not fond of the cold, spring is likely a top option because it’s quite literally a breath of fresh air. True, it’s a less than exhilarating time if you happen to have allergies, but otherwise the scent of fresh blooms is a welcoming one after breathing in chilly air day after day. Spring also means Easter Egg Hunts for the little ones, and we’re excited to talk about the 2017 events available this year in Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia. (more…)
